    No. The POS is intuitive for all ages and refined over 10+ years of usability research. It’s easy to use even without a mouse and supports multiple languages

  • Can I use it for multiple branches?

    Yes. The POS is centralized, connecting multiple branches with configurable price lists, shared or separate stock, and unified or segmented customers, controlled by permissions.

  • Is your software FTA approved?

    Yes. We integrate with FTA approved solutions such as Zoho, Wafeq, and SAP, and hold an Abu Dhabi media license for over 10 years.

  • Is our data secure?

    Yes. Your data is fully encrypted and hosted on secure AWS infrastructure in the MENA region. Access is protected by usernames, passwords, roles, and detailed audit logs.

  • What is your refund policy?

    "If you’re not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, we provide a 100% refund. Historically, refunds over the past 10+ years have been about 1%.

  • Does it work offline?

    Yes, for retail POS only. Core checkout functions run without internet, and sales sync automatically once reconnected. Service workflows job orders, assignments, and status updates require an active connection.

  • What hardware is supported?

    Works with common POS hardware such as barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, and card terminals. Check with us for a compatibility list.

  • How long does onboarding take?
